Bluey’s World will remain exclusively in Brisbane until 3 February 2028, following strong demand since opening. Since launching in November 2024, the experience has welcomed more than half a million visitors, cementing its popularity with audiences from across Australia and around the world.

The extension reinforces Brisbane as the home of Bluey’s World, further strengthening Queensland’s reputation as a leading destination for premium tourism experiences.

The immersive experience, inspired by the globally beloved TV series Bluey, offers a distinctive, guided experience for families and fans. Featuring innovative set designs, interactive games, and fun activities for kiddos and grown-ups alike, Bluey’s World has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect the spirit of the series, encouraging creative play, and connection – for real life.

Since opening, Bluey’s World has delivered significant economic benefits for Queensland, driving strong interstate and international visitation, supporting local businesses and reinforcing the state’s tourism economy.

Andrew Kay, Producer, Bluey’s World said, “In addition to welcoming over half a million visitors, Bluey’s World has generated more than 501,107 direct visitor nights and contributed $156.9 million in total direct and incremental expenditure across the state.”

Andrew Powell, Minister for the Environment and Tourism said Bluey’s World demonstrates the power of backing Queensland stories and turning them into world-class visitor experiences.

“Bluey was created right here in Queensland and has become one of our greatest global success stories. Families are travelling from across Australia and around the world to experience Bluey’s World, and now they’ll be able to keep doing so until 2028. This is about backing what makes Queensland special and making sure more visitors experience it for themselves. Destination 2045 is about creating more reasons to visit Queensland, stay longer and explore everything our State has to offer.”

Adrian Schrinner, Brisbane Lord Mayor said Bluey’s World had become one of Brisbane’s biggest visitor drawcards, with people around the globe recognising the city as Bluey’s home.
